Onsite Inspection & Repair
Fix Misaligned Corners
Over time, Sydney’s climate can cause wood to expand and contract, leading to misaligned frame corners. In most cases, a simple adjustment can realign them.
Fungal growth and acid deterioration cause brownish stains known as foxing. We treat affected areas to stop the spread and minimise discolouration, restoring the mat’s appearance.
TREAT Mat Board Foxing
Dust collects both inside and outside the frame, trapping moisture and accelerating deterioration. We gently brush away buildup to keep your artwork clean and well-preserved.
DUST BUILDUP CLEANING
Perspex attracts dust and smudges, which require proper cleaning techniques to avoid damage. Using high-quality products and expert handling, we restore its clarity and shine.

Replace Mat Boards
Some mat boards are too stained or deteriorated to restore and need replacement. We take exact measurements and fit a new mat without unnecessary framing or transport fees.
Remove Dead Insects
Older frames develop small gaps, allowing insects to get trapped between the artwork the glazing. We carefully remove pests while ensuring the artwork remains undisturbed.
Replace Broken Glazing
Cracked or scratched glazing can occur due to temperature changes, impact, or poor installation. We take precise measurements and replace it affordably.
Remove Mould Growth
Sydney’s humidity can lead to mould forming inside frames, threatening the artwork. We carefully open the frame, treat the affected area, and ensure the issue doesn’t spread.
